Technical Telephone and Online Support Services are available only to one registered user for one registered computer system. The Services are available only to registered subscribers with proper registration information on file. Toll free telephone support is only available to registered users calling from Canada and the United States.

2. Subscribers Responsibilities and Conditions

Prior to seeking our technical support, you have the sole responsibility for adequate backup of data and protection of your software and equipment used directly or indirectly in connection with any technical support or information provided by PC Helpline Computer Support Inc. and will not make a claim against PC Helpline Computer Support Inc. or its third party service providers for any reason , including, but not limited to lost data or software, inaccurate output, work delays or lost profits resulting from the use of the materials or information provided by PC Helpline Computer Support Inc. PC Helpline Computer Support Inc. will use its reasonable endeavor to resolve basic technical problems of its registered subscribers in a professional and timely manner, taking into consideration the circumstances and the nature of the technical problems and may be delayed in its response due to research and inquiries. PC Helpline Computer Support Inc.'s live or online technical support does not assure that every request for technical support will be resolved to the subscriber's satisfaction. Our responses are merely technical advice and suggestions and may not resolve some hardware or software errors or problems that may not be correctable or extremely difficult to resolve.

General Terms and Conditions

(a) PC Helpline Computer Support Inc. is a level One Help Desk defined as answering "How do I" and "How to" type questions and does not cover programming and developmental questions.

(b) PC Helpline Computer Support Inc. will respond to escalated calls within eight working hours

(c) PC Helpline Computer Support Inc. will adhere to less than ten percent "unsolved" rate.

(d) PC Helpline Computer Support Inc.'s abandon rate will not exceed five percent.

(e) PC Helpline Computer Support Inc.'s on call hold time will be less than five minutes.
