Job Description:

We have various positions for PC & MAC Support Specialists to provide end-user hardware/software support to our customers in multiple remote locations throughout North America. The positions are mainly for providing front line support via phone, and web-based software.

Successful candidates will be team-oriented support professionals with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, and will possess the following:

  • Genuine passion for resolving technical problems;
  • A degree or diploma from a recognized program in computer technology;
  • Minimum of five years of demonstrated technical competence in troubleshooting computer and network-related problems over the phone (PCs & MACs);
  • Experience in supporting IBM PC & MAC architectures, Microsoft family of operating systems and Internet connectivity issues for PCs & MACs;
  • Experience with remote support software such as PC Anywhere or NetSupport Manager;
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations.
