| Job Description:
We have various positions for PC
& MAC Support Specialists to provide end-user
hardware/software support to our customers in multiple
remote locations throughout North America. The positions
are mainly for providing front line support via phone,
and web-based software.
Successful candidates will be team-oriented
support professionals with exceptional analytical
and problem solving skills, and will possess the following:
- Genuine passion for resolving
technical problems;
- A degree or diploma from a recognized
program in computer technology;
- Minimum of five years of demonstrated
technical competence in troubleshooting computer
and network-related problems over the phone (PCs
& MACs);
- Experience in supporting IBM PC
& MAC architectures, Microsoft family of operating
systems and Internet connectivity issues for PCs
& MACs;
- Experience with remote support
software such as PC Anywhere or NetSupport Manager;
- Excellent written, verbal and
interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability to handle high-stress
situations.
