Violate intellectual property rights.
You
are responsible for:

Creating accurate links to our site so that
we may track your sales.
·
Displaying the Easy Helpdesk Affiliate Program
logo on your Home Page and other prominent areas
on your site.
·
Ensuring that your Web site does not violate
copyright, trademark and other laws.
Please use one of our banners
on your Web site to show your visitors that
you're a Easy Helpdesk Affiliate
We
recommend that you do not list prices on your
site. We may change our prices Displaying incorrect
prices could result in confused and unsatisfied
customers.
To
ensure that your visitors receive the most accurate
and up-to-date information (including current
pricing), we require Affiliates to use our order
processing system.
TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
PURPOSE
– RECITALS
A.
PC Helpline Computer Support Inc and Affiliate
desire to join together for the pursuit of common
business goals.
B. PC Helpline Computer Support Inc and Affiliate
have considered various forms of joint business
enterprises for their business activities.
C. PC Helpline Computer Support Inc and Affiliate
desire to enter into an affiliation/partnership
agreement as the most advantageous business
form for their mutual purposes.
In
consideration of the mutual promises contained
in this agreement, PC Helpline Computer Support
Inc. and affiliate agree on the following:
ARTICLE
I: PURPOSE
The affiliation shall be conducted for the purposes
of Affiliate providing PC Helpline Computer
Support Inc. with information of individuals
and companies which may be interested in PC
Helpline Computer Support Inc services for a
commission.
ARTICLE
II: DURATION OF AGREEMENT
The
term of this agreement shall be from the day
of signing until one or both parties gives 90
days written notice of a desire to terminate
the agreement, upon which the agreement will
be terminated after 90 days have passed and
all accounts regarding monies owed or clients
shared shall be agreed upon and settled.
ARTICLE
III: SERVICES
PC
Helpline Computer Support Inc and affiliate
will perform services and will use their own
business names. Customers referred to PC Helpline
Computer Support Inc will remain the customer
of affiliate for the purpose of the services
provided by affiliate.
ARTICLE
IV: COMMISSIONS / REFERRAL FEES
PC
Helpline Computer Support Inc agrees to pay
Affiliate commission fees for referrals. In
the following way:
• 10% for referred signup's for 12 months
service.
• 2.5% additional fees when the number
of referrals has reached 250.
• 2.5% additional fees when the number
of referrals has reached 500.
.
Once
referred customers have paid PC Helpline Computer
Support Inc for their services, the commission
payment to affiliates will be made on the 28th
day of every month. Payment will be sent to
the address provided by the affiliate.
ARTICLE
V: RENEWALS / REFERRAL FEES
PC
Helpline Computer Support Inc. will pay affiliates
5% commissions / referral fees on all contract
renewals for all subsequent years.
