is the Easy Helpdesk Affiliate Program?
We offer our Affiliates a chance
to promote computer support services to their visitors,
earn money and increase traffic on their Web site.
As an Affiliate, you can earn referral fees by linking
to our site. We handle all the Order Processing, Customer
Service, and recording automatically, using Commission
Cart every sign up that results from your web site
while you sit back and earn referral fees, paid to
you monthly.
How much will I earn?
We pay the owner of the website 10%
for each visitor sign up for one of our packages referred
from their site. There are no membership or application
fees and no minimum monthly sales requirements. Our
rates will increase to 12.5% on all sign-ups between
250-500 and 15% on all sign-ups in excess of 500.
How do you track sales?
We utilize Commission Cart, the leading
pay-for-performance software to provide affiliates
with trusted, real-time reporting, and that is integrated
with Paypal for all transactions, which means monthly
commission checks for our partners.
Does my Web site qualify
for the Affiliate Program?
We welcome all sites, large and small,
to apply for our Affiliate Program. We will accept
any Web site that meets our content criteria. Easy
Helpdesk will not accept Web sites that:
· Promote unlawful activities
or contain adult content.
· Promote discrimination based
on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual
orientation or age.
· Contain content that is
threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, harassing,
or promotes violence.
· Violate intellectual property
rights.
What are my responsibilities
as an Affiliate member?
You are responsible for:
· Creating accurate links
to our site so that we may track your sales.
· Displaying an Easy
Helpdesk Affiliate Program banner
on your Home Page and other prominent areas on your
site.
· Ensuring that your Web site
does not violate copyright, trademark and other laws.
Do I need to provide customer
service?
No, Easy Helpdesk
will provide all order processing and Customer Service
for your visitors.
May I join other computer
support service programs?
Yes, although we recommend that you
participate only in the program that works best for
you. This will reduce confusion with your site visitors.
You should choose the program that provides your visitors
with the best services as well as best prices.
Will Easy Helpdesk
supply me with logos?
Yes. Please use one of our our
banners on your Web site to show your visitors
that you're a Easy Helpdesk Affiliate
May I list the prices of
the support packages services?
We recommend that you do not list
prices on your site. We may change our prices Displaying
incorrect prices could result in confused and unsatisfied
customers.
May I take an order directly
from my site?
To ensure that your visitors receive
the most accurate and up-to-date information (including
current pricing), we require Affiliates to use our
order processing system.
Where is my Affiliate code
in the URL?
Please note that when a customer
clicks on your link to our site, your Affiliate code
will no longer be visible in the URL. Don't worry
- you are still receiving referral fees to your account!
Our system reads your Affiliate code number automatically
and begins tracking your sales.
