file. Toll free telephone support is only available
to registered users calling from Canada and the United

Subscribers Responsibilities and Conditions
Prior
to seeking our technical support, you have the sole
responsibility for adequate backup of data and protection
of your software and equipment used directly or indirectly
in connection with any technical support or information
provided by PC Helpline Computer Support Inc.
and will not make a claim against PC Helpline Computer
Support Inc. or its third party service providers
for any reason , including, but not limited to lost
data or software, inaccurate output, work delays or
lost profits resulting from the use of the materials

a professional and timely manner, taking into consideration

to escalated calls within eight working hours
(c)
PC Helpline Computer Support Inc. will adhere
to less than ten percent "unsolved" rate.
(d)
PC Helpline Computer Support Inc.'s abandon
rate will not exceed five percent.
(e)
PC Helpline Computer Support Inc.'s on call
hold time will be less than five minutes.
